The brain drain is real, my fellow USicans. Scientists are not indentured servants. They are allowed to go where they will be appreciated and compensated. They will take their most talented trainees with them. US science will be crippled for at least two generations.

Had an ER visit last night. They said symptoms from my cancer immunotherapy infusion would hit 3-5 days later. They did. Also said to go to ER if any of x symptoms happen. Serious dizziness and severe cognitive fog. All checked out okay. Not my ideal Sun night and missed #HOD

RFK Jr being RFK Jr. HHS' U.S. Preventative Services Task Force hasn't met in a year. The task force makes recommendations on preventive health services like mammograms, diabetes, and a variety of cancer screenings. If I'd had a timely prostate cancer screening, I wouldn't have terminal cancer
