Lol. I remember during the Euros that Germany hosted. A späti in Kreuzberg, put out benches like this and it spilled over to a parking space. The Ordnungsamt came and fined the späti for misusing the parking space (there were unoccupied parking spaces around so it's not like anyone was impacted)
