Finally finished this. A new author to me, an old favourite genre, hard Sci Fi. I'd describe as a science procedural novel. Fully enjoyed it and will definitely seek out more Emily Carter novels.

Ok Bluesky, was just out walking snd saw a string of lights in tge sky, that looked like a time-lapse photo of the moon. Tried to get a pic, as did Sel, but it vanished quickly. It's clearly moving fast as it's blurred in my pic and in Sel's. Any ideas?

My current Insta feed is 50% lions fighting hyenas and 50% Amish recipes. It's a strange old mix and puzzling insofar as I can't remember being remotely interested in either or see the pay off for Meta in getting me interested.
28 Years Later. I found it wonderfully touching and meaningful with a superb, absolutely bonkers ending. Nothing you'd really expect from a zombie film, even one from this excellent series and writing/directing combo.
