Instead of asking what is the mechanism to leave make it official send a letter to Burnham and publish it all over social media and the press then publish the reply .
If the SNP don’t announce plan B for independence soon, as the begging Westminster for a referendum plan isn’t going to work, then I’m done voting for them. If the SNP aren’t advancing the fight for independence then independence supporters are wasting their time, and their vote, voting for them.
