No se si alguna vez conté que cuando, en 2022 o por ahi, trabajé para este TCG pequeñito: hice cartas y algun concept. Pues bueno... Base un Concept de personaje en mi por los jajas. Ahora rula por ahi esta carta con mi cara que pinto otro artista y dudo que nadie lo sepa 😬

My assignment for Winona Nelson's SmArtschool class: Choose a favorite book and illustrate a cover for it. I picked "The Song of Achilles" by Madeline Miller, and my goal was to capture a similar bittersweet tone as the novel has.

Achilles and Patroclos, standing next to each other in front of a raging fire. Achilles is outfitted for battle and looks wistfully into the distance, while Patroclos ties some laces of his armor, also looking sad. Behind them and above there's the mosaic of a warrior in his chariot.
