NES controler to SNES controller is a Pokemon evolution, while the N64 and Gamecube controllers are both cases of Digimon evolution. Wiimote + Wii U controller don’t count as they’re just consumer electronic. The Switch/2 controllers are tokusatsu forms and therefore spiritually akin to evolutions.

there's something about tokusatsu and queerness that i can't put my finger on but definitely keeps pulling me in. like, kamen rider kuuga is a show about how proximity to violence affects and warps you but it's also a show about how these two dudes find a lasting bond to the point it's homoerotic

the gundam wing dub is so good, i watched ep1 and general septum was in it, as he should be in everything. also the delivery on 'i will kill you' is the most hilarious dramatic shit and relena's VA makes her so much more fun

hi, i'm lettie, she/her, late 20s. i'm very trans and i love tokusatsu (such as kamen rider, ultraman, and super sentai), umamusume, gundam, persona, pokemon, and the occasional toxic yuri, among many other things. talk to me! i usually don't bite.

ultraman is cool because it's incredibly interconnected unlike most tokusatsu franchises, almost(?) every season exists in the same multiverse as another and frequently crossovers with itself. and the big two exceptions (in their main series) are cthulhu and a feral wild child.

symphogear is kamen rider for sapphics and you cannot change my mind
