The fact that three right-wing state AG's are now subpoenaing him to gin up state charges is sufficient to show his need to invoke his Fifth Amendment right. They're going to hound Dr. Fauci until he dies, and then they'll try his corpse.
So what does that mean for Dr. Fauci? Should he even care? You can’t be put in jail for pleading the fifth. Or Trump would have been in jail in New York for pleading the fifth over 400 times in one deposition.
