This is rather personal, but I got slammed with a huge anxiety attack out of the blue last week and have since gotten on medication to manage it. To keep from adding to potential stressors, my presence on socmed will be very limited for the next couple weeks at least. yk where to find me 🙂‍↕️👍

Please, for the love of all things holy, if you ever learn that something you posted is fake, delete it. Do not counter with "but it feels true" or "it's an exaggeration but people will know that" or any other garbage. Delete fake images and articles. We need to be able to trust reality.

"there are good uses for gAI--" I don't care. the damage already done is so significant and obscene that I need the tech banned outright and use cases to be proved/vetted before implementation like we do with UBI, which is to say never but it'll be because gAI doesn't actually work while UBI does

my hot take is that it's important for newcomers to play ARR because it's fundamentally the same game as every other expansion- if you don't enjoy ARR, there's no reason you would enjoy SHB, because a lot of the flaws of ARR carry into every other expac, it's just how FFXIV is designed
