I’m from Wisconsin. I play and fix instruments. I read books as well. Go Brewers/Phillies ⚾️⚾️⚾️ 38 he/him ♏️

Once again dreaming of owning a Rickenbacker 😴🎸 At least there are a few shops near me that have them so I can try some. It’s crazy to me that at one point they were relatively inexpensive, at least compared to modern prices.

Goodnight from the passengers of the glass-bottled SS Hookland Star, wondering why they never reach their intended port. Goodnight from Jemima Wooton, stretched full of wicked dreams of how to punish her brother for immolating her favourite Sindy doll. Goodnight from Hookland.

ONWARD is out this Friday, August 7th!!! ICYMI I am also having an early listening party on Wednesday August 5th, head to my Bandcamp page to RSVP. Can't wait for everyone to celebrate all things Bill the Pony

Wire Pink Flag (1977) Chairs Missing (1978) 154 (1979) or Wipers Is This Real? (1980) Youth of America (1981) Over the Edge (1983) I thought about Deerhoof, Fugazi, or Sonic Youth as well, but it would be very difficult for me to narrow it down to a three album run for those bands.

What's the best three album run from a band? (the correct answer is Moving Pictures, Signals, and Grace Under Pressure by Rush, but I'm excited to learn second place)

Goodnight from DS Hallam of the mispers unit, bracing himself for a busy tomorrow after the closing of this weekend’s Puck Fairs. Goodnight from Patty Gartbridge, reading omens in the map of bruises her husband acquired at the stick-fighting championships. Goodnight from Hookland.

Rolled 120% credits on the first Spyro game today (Reignited). First time playing a Spyro game! Took me two days but if I had absolutely nothing else to do I could probably do it one. Only a few spots of frustration: I do not like the timed flight levels, and Tree Tops can eat several bags of dicks.

Goodnight from Martha Ings and Will Thorne, making a barn their 24-hour marriage home and not caring if its ghosts are voyeurs. Goodnight from Daniel Hartley, unsure if he is lost in five-pint dreams or has crossed the borders into the two moon land of Faery. Goodnight from Hookland.

You’ll never be as punk as surrealist artist turned war photographer Lee Miller, seen here bathing in Hitler’s bathtub, the day after he killed himself in the Berlin bunker in 1945. She'd just arrived from taking photos of the horrors at Dachau.

Today is Lughnasadh/Lúnasa/Calan Awst and many more names. We don’t have a bull to sacrifice, but we did go to our local farmers market, and I was borderline drunk at 11:00AM soooo

"I am Blagdross again!" This very strange, very short story of Lord Dunsany's is one of my all time favourites. I think it may be the most animist short story I have ever read, also.

Under a crescent moon, a kettle, a rope, a cork, a rope, a match and beneath a tattered banner an old hobby horse. All of these are discarded in a ruined place and each has a sort of sacred heart. Pencil, wash and white paint on toned paper. Colour applied.

Goodnight from Alan Lester fixing the change machine at the Starman Amusement arcade, spooked by its Vulcan Bomber cabinet activating itself despite being unplugged. Goodnight from Ann Day, wondering if her resident Hob will accept teacakes in lieu of its usual biscuits. Goodnight from Hookland.
