I was born in Iran and much of my family is there. I’ve always wanted an Iran where people there have a real say in their lives and are able to live and thrive with dignity and free from violence.
@SenAlexPadilla’s manhandling by Kristi Noem’s goons was shocking, and should be a wake up call for Congress.
We’re heartened by any deal that releases hostages + saves lives. Given the horrific conditions in Gaza, details of the deal -particularly aid, rebuilding, a permanent ceasefire -are critical to saving lives of people who have been subjected to brutal collective punishment.
