I don't know if anyone actually sees this, but recommendations for dealing w/major fatigue due to #autoimmune disease / #hashimoto's would be greatly appreciated. Bad flare and I feel like I'm wearing 50 weighted blankets... Thank you in advance. 🙏💜

It was in the low 40s with a light rain at 6:45am in Tulare County when "Rafa" sent us this pic from where he was pruning peach trees for min. wage. Peaches require skilled aggressive pruning and shaping to ensure the trees continue to produce quality fruit. #WeFeedYou
