Roma tomato harvesting crew in Los Banos CA. It takes longer to fill a roma bucket vs round tomatoes, so the crew spends more time bent over, working in the hot, trapped humidity of the plant rows. The heat wears them out as they carry full 50lb buckets to the trailer. #WeFeedYou

Yesterday's temperature topped 105° in Fresno. "Carlos" and team were working in the watermelons. "Our team is paid piece rate. The more boxes we fill the more we make. The person closest to the truck has the hardest job so we switch off. This is exhausting work." #WeFeedYou

WA workers under UFW contract are clearing off leaves for better growth and production of the wine grapes. "Miguel" says: Chateau Ste Michelle cares about us. When temps reach 95° we're sent home. In hot weather they bring us in early so we can work when it's safer." #WeFeedYou
