#6 Jura. Yeah, really, Jura. That idea was inspired by @clusc.bsky.social 😅 I’ve been thinking, and in a totally crazy way, it might be possible. He’s strong, really strong, and could protect the village that way. He’s even improved his language skills because he’s a human well... a tree library.
This is a good point--the same arguments Shikamaru make about Boruto in the first scene of TBV can now be applied to him.

Boruto appears unsettled that Shikadai, of all people, being the one sent to bring him back. Sarada warned him that shinobi have to put their emotions aside during missions and Shikadai, much like his dad, has no issue with that. #BORUTO
It's admirable that Boruto is willing to be designated a rogue ninja for his friend, but his rushing in without a strategy frustrates the ever living hell out of me. "I just have to see Mitsuki" is not a plan. Shikadai is right, y'know. Don't let emotion overpower reason. #BORUTO
