Tulane's Muira McCammon documented how Google turned off reviews for 90+ ICE detention facilities, erasing accounts of conditions inside. Google says disabling ICE facility reviews was "unrelated to a government request." But McCammon argues the effect is the same: dissent rendered invisible.

As Google Scrubs ICE Detention Reviews, Platform Power Serves State Interests

Google’s content moderation choices threaten to render accounts of treatment inside federal detention centers invisible, writes Muira McCammon.

This is insane. New immigration judges, many of whom have never read a single immigration law case in their life before they got the job, are getting just 12 weekdays of training before they go on the bench, and very little of it is on the substantive law.

First "three weeks"? Not really. It was 12 weekdays, May 4–19. The final day was transportation, investiture rehearsal, and the ceremony, not classroom instruction. It was three calendar weeks, not three full weeks of “formal, intensive classroom training.”

These were the two clearest images from projection a few minutes ago at the Kennedy Center. Before that, workers arrived and pulled up the tarp. How much do you want to bet that they don't pull the tarp off tonight?

At least 16 files disappeared from the DOJ’s public webpage for documents related to Jeffrey Epstein — including a photo showing President Trump — less than a day after they were posted, with no explanation from the government and no notice to the public.

🔥🔥🔥 Today at immigration court 26 Federal Plaza this woman went ballistic to the masked ICE agents who detained her family member. Where are the people standing up to the Gestapo? I never saw this in 4 months I’ve been filming. 👏👏👏👏

Democrats should be drawing up legislation right now, this very minute, to bar Trump from helping himself to $230 million in taxpayer funds from DOJ. Challenge Republicans to hold a vote on it. Push this so hard in the media that every GOP Senate and House candidate is pressed to comment on it.

Here's the thing I don't understand. You can't as much as sneeze near a historic site in Washington without like 14 commissions, councils, and advisory boards giving you the okay. And everybody now is like...yup, fine with us? wtf?

NEW: After The Washington Post reported Monday on the demolition of the "East Wing facade," a new picture obtained by Law Dork that was taken on Tuesday shows that a substantial portion of the entirety of the East Wing has been demolished.

There’s a reason Dr. King's historic 1963 rally was called “The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.” As he warned the nation, "We all too often have socialism for the rich and rugged free market capitalism for the poor." Real freedom requires economic freedom for all.

Tim Snyder: Today no kings, tomorrow freedom. There is a better America out there. There is a better America underneath. There is a better America that we can see. There is a better America that we can make. History is in our hands.

A federal district judge tosses out the takeover of the U.S. Institute of Peace by the Trump administration and DOGE, declaring that actions by "illegitimately-installed leaders" were "unlawful" and had to be declared "null and void."
