Folks - I intended to do a second solo podcast, but something stressful is taking up all my focus and energy at the moment and I simply don't have it in me to record. We'll be back to normal service when the throuple return from their honeymoon.
Just once when talking to a chat box about a late/lost/wrong delivery I'd love for them to reply "Dafuq do you want me to do?" - I can't stand the fake dance. Honestly I'd be satisfied with an auto 3 choice response of refund/replace/credit or a chat box - not an essay empathising with my 'pain'
