BREAKING: Canadian PM Mark Carney suspends all trade negotiations with the U.S. after “unfair, uneconomic” last-minute changes to the deal. At midnight the U.S. will implement a 50% tariff on ~$28 billion of Canadian goods, and now, Canada will match it dollar-for-dollar.
