I love how new audiences continue to discover & appreciate this diagram from my 2014 book 'Dinosaurs Without Bones' (@pegasus-books.bsky.social). Before including it in the book, I imagined, calculated, & drew it, then asked a physicist to peer-review it. Physics, math, & paleontology made fun! 🧪🦕🤮

My husband has taught himself to sound literally EXACTLY like Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force and this is not a tenable situation for me. Nobody prepared me for the possibility of Meatwad offering commentary in any random conversation without my consent.
😭 It finally happened, I germinated an Aristolochia watsonii. The grower who gave me these seeds, the incredible Gene Joseph, said that even he doesnt get more than one or two out of a hundred seeds and he doesn’t know how to improve the germ rate. Grateful I got this one after months of trying!

The owner of the nursery we went to is a fucking sweetie pie and gifted me a bunch of seeds from his plants that have been on the property since 1930 ;__; I’m so grateful
