This looks promising. We know so much land was drained for agriculture, now it's parched. I'd like to see more arial shots to understand the extent of this moisture retention. Certainly where the weeds grow in my garden it often seems to hold moisture. www.theguardian.com/environment/...

Swift boxes going up either side of the chimney. Hopefully they'll find occupants eventually. One bat box on the back and a house martin form up on the front, 2 more bat boxes due for delivery. 🦇 🐣 🪺 🤞.
