🌼 PROUD GAYLOR 🌈 For now, the reticent volcano slumbers 🌋 📚 tsps.info 🗝️ ✍🏼 substack.com/@321millst 🪶

Here's some explosive etymology: In the 1600s, an audience annoyed by an actor’s performance might clap loudly to drive them off the stage. That’s where the word “explode” comes from: “ex-“ (away) + "plaudere" (to clap). Boom.

Taylor Swift actually signed off on Abdul El‑Sayed using her music…he did it the right way and asked first. And honestly, this ad is everything. Dropping “You Belong With Me” into a campaign spot is straight-up legend behavior. 🔥

I finally made it! I was not expecting to get this emotional, but I legit couldn’t control my sobbing. 😭 I’m actually glad it was raining so that when I went to the gift shop my tear stained face just looked like raindrops. Super excited they even had Emily Tarot decks!

Well Glennon & Abby are getting absolutely CRUCIFIED for attending Taylor’s “wedding” - not gonna post specifics here but their comments section is very disappointed with them. Another reason she needs to hurry up with the encore/grand finale because they are getting so much backlash/unfollowings

I’ve been an avid fan of Glennon’s writing since before she even published her first book. There’s definitely a pattern here and Taylor has clearly been inspired 🌈

Man, getting blocked by someone in your own community because you presented facts and not bias is wild. Isn’t that what this community is about? To gather information and have a nuanced conversation? Propaganda is a hell of a drug, I guess.

“If we want to build the new, we must be willing to let the old burn … We must decide that if the truth inside us can burn a belief, a family structure, a business, a religion, an industry—it should have become ashes yesterday.” – Untamed by Glennon Doyle

Here's the rub: Destruction is essential to construction. It we want to build the new, we must be willing to let the old burn. We must be committed to holding on to nothing but the truth. We must decide that if the truth inside us can burn a belief, a family structure, a business, a religion, an industry—it should have become ashes yesterday.
If we feel, know, and imagine our lives, families, and world become truer versions of themselves. Eventually. But at first i's very scary. Because once we feel, know, and dare to imagine more for ourselves, we cannot unfeel, unknow, or un-imagine. There is no going back. We are launched into the abyss— the space between the not-true-enough life we're living and the truer one that exists only inside us.

The ambiguity of the monograms and lack of actual names on anything is glaring! Plus this statement doesn’t say they are married to each other, just that they are married. Lastly what’s with “bride and groom” not being capitalized in the first sentence and then capitalized at the end of the 2nd one?
