I dont kniw why i let my expectations rise above the steel bars that make up the foundation of hell, but i kinda assumed from all the trump third term stuff thst there was at least some even *slight* vagueness with rhe 22nd amendment. But. Nope. It’s as direct as it can be.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

I understand polymarket is doing a bunch of Legal Magic so they can pretend they're not a betting site. Functionally, what is the difference between betting on team A beating team B and investing in futures that will pay out if Team A beats Team B. Is there any mechanical difference.

Seperate the art from the artist: Removes a whole dimension of media analysis for classic art. Are they actively funding genocide or just a jerk. Separate the art from the fandom: Essential for media literacy. I promise you there will always be 15 year olds yelling about blorbos. Excludes nazis.
