To extroverts out there. Putting unfair pressure on people you know are naturally introverted to be social will only make them not want to be social with anyone at all. It's cool to push people to go outside their comfort zone sometimes, but if it's pushy its guaranteed to have the opposite effect.

Stop scrolling here and take a moment. Yes, the world is in a tough place right now. But, it's not doing your mental health any good to stay plugged in 24/7 to be constantly reminded of that. Take time for yourself. Unplug from the social platforms. A better world begins with refreshing self care.
