I'm slowly becoming a greenie by using the bring your own container model. I tryed out some raw honey on my oatmeal that I picked up from my local food co-op. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't really spike my blood glucose.
One of the more junky foods that I could live without are hot chips or fries as my American friends call them. I don't miss them at all.
