Once again, there’s some silly gatekeeping going around in the Transformers fandom about zines. If you’re reading this: you can make your own zine. FanZines aren’t supposed to be elitist, they’re a way to make the world a little less lonely.
You’re pushed on by numbers and punitive measures: pain, rejection, and unpaid bills. You can either play or you can crawl under a boat and waste away -- turn into salt or a flock of seagulls. Your enemies would love that. Or you can fight. The only way to load the dice is to keep on fighting.

TFcon Chicago needs a new LARGER venue. This is so much worse than 22’ Right now this is the only spot I can stand in basically. I suggest using Schaumburg, i have helped run a con there… in 61,000 sqft.
I don’t feel like the person who stopped me and wanted the photo had malicious intent but it freaked me out and I’m still kind of freaked out. I may come down to the convention today in a bit but for the moment I’m still kind of shaken

I sell them for a buck and spend that money on supplies to do it again at the next con. It’s not about money it’s about sharing something cool!

If you're quiet about your disabilities, you get accused of being a fake. If you're outspoken, you get accused of being attention seeking. Disabled people deserve to be believed and supported without hate. We deserve to be able to thrive.
