I think something that can "smash windows" and "ram attackers" cannot be classified as "non-lethal" - maybe "less lethal" And they should not be used against children.

Never heard of this artist before but I am listening on the strength of the memories of that kind of lawn chair. I remember sitting on the back porch replacing the webbing on those instead of having to buy an whole new lawn chair when it wore out.
