Good bike infrastructure is built for all ages and abilities, including: -a woman in a skirt probably biking for transportation -a man in a full kit on a speedy road bike for exercise -a mom in jorts on a cargo trike with two kids headed to the grocery store
it's funny how americans don't like subsidized groceries like this because that is big scary socialism, but turn around and clamor for businesses to provide them free parking... when the cost of that parking is being subsidized by everyone, including non drivers, as they'll just rise prices

FYI: Blanche rescinded the ORDER establishing the slush fund, not the underlying “settlement.” The settlement says any changes must be agreed to by ALL parties, not just Todd. This “rescission” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.
