Why does stuff stack? Like, 3 or 4 things happened that if they happened separately, or 2 of them happened at a time, I could manage. Bad things happen and I can deal with that. But now my brain keeps spinning on how everything went wrong today and nothing ever goes wright and it's hard to escape

It's kind of aggravating we've just decided cozy games need dungeons? IMO it's a genre that shouldn't require Gamer Skill to play. At this point Stardew Valley isn't a cozy game, I spend 80% of my time minmaxing Cave/Volcano runs.

The Brony Fandom failed utterly to ostracize the Nazis and pedophiles that ran absolutely balls-to-the-walls rampant across every aspect of their community and it destroyed the entire subculture and now the shattered remnants are 40 year olds and 19 year olds clinging to late-00’s fandom wars.
She also really debunks the common justifications about religion, region, and age. Your grandparents and parents have shitty values because they have shitty values, not because of anything else. They could do better. Anyone can use their eyes to see the world and have the correct read.

Can’t use BlueSky on laptops anymore because it wants per-DEVICE age verification so uh bye I guess. Apparently I’m a different age when I use a laptop. Kind of makes me wonder if age verification is really the intent.
I don't understand @bsky.app . I'm age-verified on my phone but at work today it refused to let me use the app. Had a button to delete my account though. Can't say it isn't tempting.

You ever just get blindsided by something that makes you remember what you were like when you were pure, felt optimism, and had nothing but the future in front of you? It's painful but boy it's good to remember that me existed at one time and is still in there somewhere under all the layers.
