By the way - I'm all for giving people second chances. If we don't - we're doomed as human beings. That said, when you have a conviction list as large as Joshua Bonehill-Paine, maybe the shrewd thing to do would be to knuckle down & get on quietly out of public glare. The Tories used him 100%.

In the UK today, oil giant BP announced their profits had again more than doubled - $5.7bn (£4.2bn) up from $2.3bn (£1.7bn). This is in spite of Trumps nonsensical & unwinnable war against Iran. The results were the same last year - doubled. Governments should be hammering BP with a windfall tax.
