The regime is sending masked thugs into the streets to straight up murder people and the media largely thinks this isn't worth reporting. They'd rather do "Biden was TOO old" stories. Meanwhile President ischemic stroke drools on himself in cabinet meetings.

“Rojas Pliego said ‘at no moment’ were there agents in front of or behind the van during the stop … adding he never attacked or threatened officers.” “We were only going to work,” Rojas Pliego said. “I only ask for justice for him, his family and the workers.”

This demonstrates quite clearly what purpose people see in making the deliberately worst-faith readings of Bluesky's designated scapegoat and centrist neoliberal sin-eater. Self promotion. I'm actually a little disappointed in Kat. I thought she was slightly more serious than this.

Y'know, I was thinking, "what on Earth could we possibly get from a Scrooge prequel that we haven't gotten from the many adaptations of A Christmas Carol, which literally bake in the prequel?" Knowing this background now, the answer's obvious: a Christmas Carol that makes us feel bad for rich men.

There’s an even more sinister angle to Johnny Depp’s ongoing “comeback” tour as the new Scrooge—it’s a Paramount production and part of a slate of Ellison-backed conservative cultural takeover attempts. It’s angled around MeToo rejection and the manosphere. spitfirenews.com/p/johnny-dep...

All of this is so true. Think of how many times you argue with some faux left dweeb who says "democrats didn't do anything important when they had a trifecta". You can point them to the list of important legislation passed in the 117th Congress and they still won't read it.

This is why I always kind of laugh about "Dems are bad at messaging." The actual words that come out of actual Dem mouths barely reach the political obsessives! They are so far from the life world of the disconnected voter that they might as well speak latin. Find-grained word choice is irrelevant.
