Every moment with me is chef’s choice: a little sweet, a little bold, always leaving you wanting the next course.

What’s one bad money habit from your 20s that you broke and never looked back? Spending before payday, saving only what was left, buying things just because they were on sale… we’ve all had one 😂 What habit did you leave behind, and what finally made you change it?

Would you rather earn more or need less? 💭💰 As life changes, our needs naturally grow. But do our wants always have to grow with our income too? Or can “enough” eventually feel like enough? I’m curious: would you rather keep earning more or become satisfied needing less? 🤔

As time goes by, I’m becoming more particular about what deserves my energy. I’d rather save it for good people, memorable moments, and things that add something good to my life. Life feels lighter when your energy goes where it’s appreciated. 💕 What will always deserve your energy?

Money can catch my attention, but how a man handles it tells me so much more. 💕 Confidence and knowing when something is truly worth spending on can be attractive. www.datesofiasweet.com/post/the-mon... I shared my thoughts in my latest blog. 👀 Give it a read and tell me what you think. 💕

Procrastination has a price tag. 💰 Booking too late, forgetting a subscription, or putting off a payment until there’s a fee. Small delays add up. Sometimes being better with money is simply doing things when they need to be done. How do you fight procrastination? Any tricks that work for you? 👀

Happy Friday to everyone who was productive enough this week to finally have something fun to look forward to. 💕 Sometimes the best reward for a busy week is simple: good food, good company, or an evening that’s entirely yours. 🥂 What are you looking forward to tonight?

I’m definitely a planner. 🗓️💕 Having things organized means I can actually enjoy the moment instead of worrying about the details. I love a good surprise too. I just like knowing I have time for it. 😉 Are you a planner or more of a “we’ll figure it out” person?

Convenience has a price, but so does your time 💸 I’ll happily pay extra for delivery, faster shipping, or anything that gives me time back to work. Being smart with money isn’t always choosing the cheapest option. Sometimes paying more is worth it. What convenience will you always pay extra for? 👀

Being able to afford something and being willing to pay that much for it are two different things. 💭💰 I don’t mind spending more on a beautiful hotel or a memorable dinner, but there are everyday things I still refuse to overpay for. What’s something you can afford but refuse to overpay for? 👀

Labor Day reminder: you worked hard for your money, so it’s okay to enjoy some of it too. 💕💰 Being financially responsible doesn’t mean saying no to everything you enjoy. A little room for fun and good memories is the best What’s one thing you never feel guilty spending your hard-earned money on?

What’s one thing you’ll NEVER buy cheap again? 👀💰 I bought a cheap bag thinking I was saving money. Then the strap broke, it wore out fast, and I had to replace it anyway. 😩 Sometimes paying more for quality is actually cheaper in the long run. What would you rather pay more for now?

What’s your “life is simply better with this” thing? ✨ Not the extravagant ones. It's the little things that make an ordinary day feel better. Good coffee, fresh flowers, your favorite perfume, quality sheets, or ordering dessert just because. 💐☕️ For me, it’s a fresh manicure. 💅💕 What’s yours?

I think New York and I are overdue for a little time together… 🗽💕 I’ll be there September 17–20, looking forward to familiar faces, new introductions, and a few lovely moments in between. There’s always something about NYC that keeps me coming back. ✈️✨ Shall we make some memories? 💋

Some money rules sound great until real life enters the conversation. 💭💰 Career changes, family, unexpected expenses, and different priorities can change your rules. Sometimes what works on paper simply doesn’t work for your life. What financial rule have you learned to take with a grain of salt?

The older I get, the more I think having control over your own time is one of life’s biggest luxuries. Choosing where your time and energy go feels like a luxury in itself. 💕 What feels like a luxury to you now that you never appreciated before?

What’s something you stopped spending money on and genuinely don’t miss? 💭💰 With September here, it’s a good time to notice which expenses aren’t adding much to your life anymore. Sometimes better finances simply mean spending more intentionally. What did you stop paying for and never look back?

Bounced from LA after a meal that felt ~extremely~ LA 😎 I will say that LA took the cake for the most half-baked requests, but I am leaving feeling spoiled by my dates and yearning for more time here. I am meant to be in the Midwest but you know, I really get the draw of LA. I’ll be back 😇 Grazie

When in Rome…Photo of the starting course on a date. In the center of the photo is a silver tray filled with ice, on top of which rests crisp vegetables (zucchini, tomato, pepper, etc) arranged around a yogurt-based dip. In the background are two white wines; Elena was drinking a Greek white so dry it was spicy, her date had a white burgundy I believe. Classic light California fare, here to be sure. But undeniably very pretty.
