anyway i just wanted to draw this to instill hope in myself and hopefully others as well... reversing the effects of climate change won't come if you leave the work to everyone else. you can and should do whatever you can to reduce pollution, help your community, and have a positive impact

lately i've been feeling really down seeing all this injustice in the world and i especially feel incredibly depressed that very few seem to care about the environment..it should be a priority for those in power who claim to serve us, but somehow climate change denial has become a popular sentiment

our water, air, and the world's ecosystems are actively being harmed by the greedy and corrupt. but it isn't too late! you can make an effort, do your part!!! 🌱🌎

Kody, an off-white, light green, and light blue anthropomorphic doggy offering her paw to you as she stands tall, one paw holding the strap of her backpack. Trees in the background tower over her, sunlight dappling through the trees. Big text in green says "Get up! IT'S NOT TOO LATE!"

As part of a Strawberry Shortcake character redesign collab, I decided to redesign Angel Cake, who hasn’t been seen since 2003, as if she was a character from the more modern cartoons - both in (my best attempts at) the show’s style as well as my own style. 🍰 #cuteart #art

The fact we sometimes do things that maintain or deepen painful circumstances in our life doesn't mean we "don't want" to recover or "like" what we're experiencing. It means we've been conditioned to do things that sabotage recovery. No shame. Acknowledging it is the first step.

You're not "lazy." You're probably exhausted & also haven't had a lot of support in defining your goals or creating a realistic recovery blueprint. "Lazy" is the kind of thing abusers say to make it not-their-fault-- but this is not about your "character." Think skills & support.
