Fingers drumming on the dark wood of the bar. Supposed to meet some contact here, unsure where they're from but still info is info. Sipping the whiskey just for the burn since he can't get drunk anymore.

Fight for what /you/ believe in. Not what someone else does, that's what seperates a hero from a soldier. #MGSRP #MVRP #SSBRP (AVI by TheFresco!)

Grilling at the beach in your usual dad attire of a Hawaiian shirt, cargo shorts and sandals. Cigarette in one hand as he flips burgers for the local folks.
Late night smoke, alley of some dive bar in a nothing town that he was stopping by. Still, he'll enjoy the quiet for now.
Long drag of his cigarette, looking down below at the city below him.
Standing at his balcony, robe, cigarette and some nice scotch. A nice end to an evening.
❗❗ Completely have gotten bombarded with stuff irl here sorry for the lack of replies!!!
Well, the title combined with the Hero's name clued him into where he was. "Ah, well. I hope they hate fire then. You seem more than well equipped for that situation."
"Yes. Name's Dinraal. I'm the Servant ta the Goddess of Power, Lady Din. And I'm the Spirit of Fire." "Someone's gotta deal with Ganondorf's forces when Link ain't around."
"Never heard of a pop quiz? I only had to check in with the security team and then they gave me the clear." Snake nodded, a quick glance past the other. Furrowing his brows.
Miles took his phone back. "And why wasn't I informed of such inspection? I am the Chief Prosecutor, after all."
"Oh yeah? And I should just take your word for it?" Snake performs a quick pat down to try and find any weapons on the other. Standing back afterwards. "In my position, would you trust me?"
Rose turns around, his hands still raised. ❝ I'm a discreet man. I'm not going to get you caught. ❞
"Good thing I got here when I did then. . . Granted it wasn't my choice, but still. Still, do you think you'll be able to outlast everyone here?"
“We don’t know who’s in charge… and if we try and attack the bear, we die.” “Honestly I gotta thank you… I was gonna do something stupid, but talking kinda gave me time to actually think things through…”
The soldier leaned down to grab the device, offering it to the other. "Well I'm supposed to make sure people report on suspicious items and dangerous things in the workplace. Was going to fail this place but with you reporting it, that brings the score up."
"NGHOOOOOOH!" He immediately dropped his phone, where a voice could be heard shouting "Sir?! Sir are you alright?!" "What the HELL were you doing in there?!"
"Fine, turn around." Snake said, if he was going to comply then there's no need for any violence. "You can be the thing that gets me caught, knowingly or not, that's a danger to me."
❝ Relax. I'm not armed. You can check me. ❞ He raises his hands, chewing the inside of his cheek. ❝ ... what do you want with me? I'm no danger to you. ❞
"Is that where I'm at?" A look around the surroundings then a slow nod. "Ah, well. I'm not going to question the monster camps thing." A glance down to the other, tilting his head. "What exactly are you?"
"If they're in my Goddess's spring, i do." The smaller male huffed and crossed his arms. "That and monster camps..."
Snatching his hand away from the seemingly dead appendage. "I ain't gonna die he-" The sentence was cut short when a sudden flood of pain wracked his body. Causing him to fall to his knee.
"Don't like to leave evidence." Snake raises an eyebrow, the other seems eager to do something with his hand. "Got your next move thought out? I'd think very carefully about it. I can get to you before someone gets to this room."
❝ ... You... You wouldn't kidnap me, would you? ❞ His hand twitches. All he needs to do is hit the panic button on his earpiece... ❝ Though, you're not above sneaking around in boxes, so... ❞
Let the Mercenary come find YOU! Business is expanding!
"So you go around and burn things that you think are trash?" A moment, tapping a finger to his chin. "Seems like textbook definition of arsonist fella."
"... why were you in the box? And Im not an arsonist! If I see trash, imma burn it!"
"Seems like a good friend, but he could tear up the country and wouldn't find you." Snake replied, taking a step closer staring down the other. "Wouldn't even find this box if I didn't want him to."
Urp! That wasn't good! He laughs nervously. ❝ Quite- Quite the contrary! I have a friend who's a news reporter. He'll tear this city apart looking for me. ❞ Not to mention his agency. But he doesn't need to say that.
A hand moved to his hip, drawing the tranquilizer weapon from it's holster. Looking at the box, ready for action when it started. "A more serious answer huh?" A moment to think and mull it over. The sounds on the outside of the box had him wondering if it was just a kid doing graffiti, but the -
Seems like he was getting ratted out. Can't afford to get caught though. The box is quickly flung off, Snake takes a glance over the other. "Sorry, surprise safety inspection."
. . . Pulling out his phone. "Detective. There is a suspicious box in the building. I need you to gather some officers and investigate."
Snake reaches up to his shoulder, trying to grab whatever took hold of him. The bell? A bell? Where was it coming from? He grits his teeth, running on pure adrenaline sparked by fear. "The hell are you?!"
