He'd been around long enough to catch onto a thief, thanks Emerald, but it was amusing! A shrug. "Fair enough! I know a club nearby, wanna go get some money from the lovely patrons and grab a bite?"

Neo tapped her chin, thinking for a moment. She honestly was just doing the same she was before she and Roman joined Cinder. Stealing, faking and making. The girl just smiled innocently and shrugged her shoulders!

"Eh, it's less about WHAT you do everyday. Just need to do SOMETHING every once in a while! Something to get the blood pumping! A felony, or a prank!"

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" .. Well, I hope I'm not. But I don't exactly do much these days.. So maybe I am. "

"Its all good, we haven't really met that much so we'll get used to each others personalities. Eventually. . . Potentially? No clue. You aren't boring right?"

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" .... Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were joking. "

"Man I'm so bored. . . Ugggggggh." Slouching into his chair.

The back tap would catch him off guard but he'd just nod at the other. Felt nice that someone else had a similar experience. "Oh well, we can't waste too much time on any of those issues. What are you up to now?"

𝐌𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫@neopolitanillusion.bsky.social · 3mo ago

Neo slowly nodded her head, that did kind of sound like her... The second Neo wasn't useful for her, she was thrown at the Ever After! 💧 Actually, Neo could still be useful! It was just petty revenge... She walked next to Mercury and tapped his back.

A pout then a shrug. "I was just trying to tease ya. Now we have to explain the jokes. Lost its charm."

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" .. My voice is bird like? "

Mercury was sorta good at picking up on the signs she had, of course he'd have to take time to realize it. "Oh, well after that Beacon incident one of my legs went out and I couldn't make it out. Left me for dead! Almost felt offended. Either way, she left and I had to strike it out on my own."

𝐌𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫@neopolitanillusion.bsky.social · 3mo ago

He ditched her? Mercury? Neo looked surprised at him, eyebrow raised. She pointed at him and made an interrogation mark im the air with the finger, of course she was curious to know what happened.

"Fully aware, I mean the one ya got now. Very bird like."

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" Voice..? I'm unable to speak in bird form. "

"Oh for real? Now that explains the voice." A few sagely nods from the other.

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" Either way, welcome to the club. I was the bird that Salem was keeping in a cage. "

"Probably not!" A big shrug. "I'm just tossing out ideas here if honest."

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" Is that physically possible? "

"Maybe we can find a way to measure out the hate towards her somehow?"

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" Doubtful... I'm not even sure who qualifies to be the leader. "

"True. You the president or something?"

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" It's a good thing the club is very large. "

Loud obnoxious yawn.

"I've been here! Who likes their ex-boss?"

𝓕𝓡𝓞𝓩𝓔𝓝 𝓗𝓔𝓐𝓡𝓣@thelostmaiden.bsky.social · 3mo ago

Is Mercury joining the Cinder hate club?

"Really doubt it, we got anything else to throw on?" Leaning onto his forearm, slouched on the back of the couch. Wait how did he get here-? Eh it's fine.

𝖉𝖔𝖑𝖑𝖋𝖆𝖈𝖊@magicmannequin.bsky.social · 3mo ago

" I don't think this game even has a plot.. "

He wasn't always the most empathetic, a slight head tilt and a half pout at her sad expression. "Well, if it makes ya feel any better ya found the most charming one from Cinder's group." The other jokes around, cracking a very small grin. "Well formerly at least. Ditched her a few months back."

𝐌𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫@neopolitanillusion.bsky.social · 3mo ago

Rolling her eyes over that first comment... Almost reminded her of Cinder. When she heard the second one, her expression did change to a slightly sad one, nodding her head. Roman's old hat ever so present on her head now.

"Boring cause it's all a bunch cheap jumpscares and bad writing."

𝖉𝖔𝖑𝖑𝖋𝖆𝖈𝖊@magicmannequin.bsky.social · 3mo ago

Playing some horror games on her TV. This one is so boring..

"Ever the talkative one I guess." There's a shrug from the other, tucking his hands into his back pockets. Gives her an up down. "See you're rocking a new outfit, sorry to hear about what happened to Roman."

𝐌𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫@neopolitanillusion.bsky.social · 3mo ago

Crossing her arms... She doesn't know what to do with that information but she is suspicious...

I wouldn't lie to anyone pal, everyone has a type when I find someone who likes the equivalent of a tired homeless man I'll let you know.

Yes, yes, and yes. Correct on all counts. Also, please include ‘devastatingly handsome’, ‘endearingly silly’, and ‘tragically underappreciated’. The sad wet puppy look is very popular right now.

Hm. . . Pathetic, weird and desperate. . . Hm. . .

DAZAI | dreams of you… |@darkerdazai.bsky.social · 3mo ago

Ah..! My heart..! No, my self esteem, my ego, my charmingly narcissistic tendencies..! If only someone would make the world a more beautiful place and take me out of it… 🥺🥺🥺

Well you ain't exactly a good last view.

DAZAI | dreams of you… |@darkerdazai.bsky.social · 3mo ago

Oh, plenty! Constantly, even. But, alas, I haven’t yet found a beautiful woman willing to commit suicide with me yet…

You find yourself on the receiving end of death threats a lot don't ya shaggy?

DAZAI | dreams of you… |@darkerdazai.bsky.social · 3mo ago

TERRIBLE news. I am, contrary to popular desire, alive. I know, I know, I’m just as devastated as you are.

Drumming his fingers on the table at a coffee shop. BOOOOOOOORRRRRED out of his mind.

Popping up behind the reader, hands on his hips as he walks around them. "Well aren't you a sight for sore eyes?"

Does a backflip.

Looooooooooooooooooooooooud yawn.
