4 months. 4 months of three workouts a week. I may not be dropping pounds, but I can damn near deadlift my body weight.

3 times a week for 3 months. I have managed to work for 3 times a week for 3 months, and I don’t know that I’ve ever been this consistent in my life. I’m definitely stronger, but this stupid arthritis is still slowing me down way too much. I guess I’ll have to keep pushing.

I am fascinated by the genre of old, white men having full blown conversations with headphones on in Starbucks.

So far this year, I have managed to work out 3 times a week every week. I’m pretty proud of that.

I’m doing my first big musical in two years. Friends, I cannot hang. It’s midnight. I just got home. I’m wired because it’s so fun, but my alarm goes off in 6 hours and I need to be on camera to facilitate in 7. 😣

This local Wolfdog joined an Olympic ski event and triggered the finish-line camera. This is Nazgul. He snuck into a cross-country skiing sprint this morning and raced the homestretch with some competitors before being escorted home. 14/10 someone get him a medal

The 50 degree sunshine-y days in f February are the best thing of the Midwest new year.

I’m doing a musical at my local community theater, and I’m reminded of what makes this hobby so great. It’s teachers and nurses, high school kids and parents working together to make people happy. It’s hard, but it’s fun, and it’s the community I love. Go make art. You’ll feel better. I promise.
