So grateful that after an excruciating and long migraine this morning (one of the worst I’ve had in a while) the meds have finally kicked in and the pain has subsided 😮‍💨 I feel like a zombie now, but at least I’m not in pain anymore! How many of y’all get these too? Ughh

So many downed trees and streets fully flooded today in Chicago during these storms! I had to drive home in the thick of it and it was *harrowing*. Lots of cars stuck in ~1’ of water on Lake Short Drive. First shot is the sky from our backyard ~4:30pm, and the last 3 I got in a post-storm walk!

DAMN, The Odyssey was excellent. I am not generally a fan of Matt Damon, but even he turns in an excellent performance. Everyone across the board is stellar, but I think one of the most powerful bits is the score- not just “epic,” but it really transforms the film even more.
