I don’t think LLM/GPT products will go away anytime soon. There are tasks where they’re “good enough” and moreover tasks where incremental improvement is also “good enough.” BUT a lot of uses cases are heavily subsidized right now and are basically the equivalents of zero-interest-rate phenomena.
