Started drinking this “mushroom cacao” stuff with chaga/lions maine etc.. instead of coffee and it actually helps with brain fog and energy a fair amount; it tastes horrendous on its own but if you mix it with regular cocoa powder it’s pretty good.

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time.
