Work on the next Dragoneaters update starts today! Will be sharing more info about my plans soon. I'd like to include at least one more "regular enemy" perma pred (like the Budgies, Sharks, and Crocs) in the Cistern area, so I'll be messing around with some concepts for that too.

only 15 minutes in and i am VERY concerned 💀 seriously i can't stand playing a game like this on keyboard even briefly, i am absolutely SHOCKED that so many people would play the game this way

i am very tired. at least we're in the homestretch for this update. once i have a good idea of what all i have left to fix after giving testers some time to play around with the update, i'll be announcing a release date either tomorrow or the following day. Release date should be within a week.

The first release candidate build for the Scaleshift Update of Dragoneaters has been released in the Discord for all Ko-Fi subscribers to test. THERE WILL PROBABLY BE ISSUES! But if you're interested in helping test and you're subbed to the Ko-Fi, I'd appreciate your help in doing so!

New weapon implemented, most of the coding for the chase sequence has been done, and the functionality for enemies to cast spells is implemented. Just gotta finish up the chase spawns and test them a bit, finish the new spell, and implement the miniboss and then I can preview the update to testers.

i want to (and need to) get more work done but my energy levels are soooo out of whack rn like, sleeping just fine and all that, get up, take my meds and eat breakfast, and then just like... BAM, physically exhausted out of nowhere i don't get it lmao

honestly maybe i should just disable ratings on the itch page because it's quite frankly driving me insane getting 2 and 3 star ratings with no review all the damn time like, the game's overall rating is still quite high (4.54/5) but it's really demotivating seeing that every so often X_x

Being "owned" by an owner/master/mistress/boss gives me a warm feeling in my chest like no other. Just thinking about that possessiveness of them grabbing me and saying "you’re MINE" gives me shivers.

Finishing up the last remaining art assets for the new Dragoneaters update. Will be making a bigger post later with a more detailed preview of the new pred and what to expect from the update when it launches soon!
