I FOUND THE ARTIST IM CRACKED www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/... i had to tineye it and one of the not-dead links was a booru which didn't have any direct links to the artist >:I but it did have a collection of other work by the artist and one of them had their pixiv ID # in it. watermarks save lives....
