Started gym today. Very humbling. I'm not as strong as I look. My lower back is essentially gonna need rehab, cause of the years of damage before surgery. Can't plank for 10s cause the pain is insane. Upper body only looks buff. It clocked out at 50kg. Neck sized biceps can't do much either.
