#AI people discovering that direct tool calling is more efficient that #MCP is like a Java EE developer discovers Node.js (like I was) or a C developer discovers higher level languages. Imagine the next stage being #SaaS re-writing people discovering that paying is not always bad.

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others already have all your proprietary code. When you can cheat that much at work nobody would even think about the extremely low probability of consequences. But with how things go it probably doesn't matter. #AI
