Ethan Mollick@emollick.bsky.social · 2mo agoOne thing I mentioned in passing in my Fable post is that, for long running tasks, Fable starts to develop its own dialect as its many agents and tasks reinforce themselves and make Claudish language ever more Claudish. You need to ask it to report out in plain English or this happens after 9 hours
I was not born with a lick of common sense and generally struggled with empathy, but I feel like it takes a few seconds to go "If someone did this to me, how would I feel?" Note, there's a meaningful difference using AI to help if English isn't your native tongue. 1/2

I don't meet all that many people in-person, but the ones I do, I try to prioritize later on, as I would have done with this person. Sending an AI-written email is the best way to burn any personal connection
