Just back from Kyiv and Lviv, I spoke on Qnews about Ukraine, Iran, and oil. “Tit-for-tat” doesn’t hold. Ukraine targets Russian oil infrastructure because higher prices mean more revenue for Russia and a longer war. And one point remains: without Moscow's invasion, none of this would be happening.
