Getting back to my b&w roots this month with the reissue of Issue 10 and the publication of The Bully in My Pillow. Both still available to pre-order at a discount because both are running a wee bit behind schedule thanks to printing snafus and delivery mishaps.

Looking around the next corner, looking for a bit of light. This cat I met and photographed in Morocco is me right now.

No lie, getting my first stories published in Stanchion was my big break. It's a beautiful thing, but I respect Jeff re-channeling his energy in the way that makes sense for him and the rest of the Stanchion ecosystem. May we all let go gracefully and believe in what comes next.

This one stings. Thanks to Jeff/Stanchion for putting out so much great weird beautiful writing, and supporting writers and books/magazines. This is how it goes in our weird little world. It's a bummer but also time to say thanks and celebrate all Jeff and Stanchion accomplished.

Probably not gonna get to England to see her club at home this season so we drove to North Jersey to see Leeds play a shitty preseason match. And boy o boy was it shitty. A good reminder that football, while at times beautiful, isn't entertainment, it's suffering. As it should be.
