They want their monopoly back so they can force wrestlers to take pay cuts, just to increase their margins. WWE is a trash company and we should all thank the wrestling gods that AEW exists. At least that company is run by a person who genuinely cares about the professional wrestling business.

The most hype thing about SummerSlam was the implication of Dean Ambrose. It's remarkable how they managed to make the main event of their number two show about the guy that left WWE for AEW 7 years ago.

It's perfectly fine to have an idea of where you think things are going in a story, that's part of the narrative experience regardless of the medium. It becomes a problem when you decide that any outcome other than what you think should happen, is bad.

The biggest problem for AEW's perception is X. Tony Khan needs to stop using it. The wrestlers need to stop using it. They're giving oxygen to the worst fans & podcasters, just like Dems on X give oxygen to bigots & racists. 99.8% of the dumbass takes originate from there. Leave it behind, everyone.
