Nor do we want to be on Truth Social. I would hate to find a welcome home there. I would hate to be somebody who would be palatable to such a place. We don't go on Truth, because nobody needs bullies. They *do* try to come on Bluesky, because bullies need the rest of us.
Ruth Zakarin@ruthz.bsky.social · 2d agoThe burden is always on us lefties to welcome them, debate them, compromise with them, find middle ground, and generally make them comfortable. It’s totally one directional. No one is calling for Truth Social to make any room for us.
I'm coming to the conclusion that there is something fundamentally wrong with all of the Tech Bros. They talk of BlueSky being a 'bubble', its users find it a safe haven for civilised discussion yet that is somehow not allowed, it doesn't feed the outrage machine they make their $$$'s from I guess.
ABSOLUTELY 💕 and if they want this site to die then they’ll go the way of Twitter. I knew Bsky wouldn’t last forever but honestly I thought we’d have a few years at least. Friends, what social media will you use if this one dies?

Why do fucking Centrists do this? No, vulnerable people on the left are not your entertainment. We generally won’t go somewhere that Nazis frolic. And the “Centre-Right” of USA is Nazis now, and the attitudes of people like you made it easy for us to get here.
