Miranda exits the vent by sliding down onto the bedroom the secret door she discovered earlier is in. Bierko, from the drone speaker, asks "So, we're really leaving? You said they didn't see you" "They heard me, and I think I saw a collar en 'em" "Like, a prison collar?" "Yeah, don't want them around for when we crack this open, I think even you'll hear it pop" The racoon packs up a small tripod with an unknown device and her backpack, then starts walking away. "Don't those shock people if they get *gulp* violent?" "Only if they take it out on Blackmoon or their shit, don't ask me how I know" "Oh, what about your sister? She's been calling about the money" "She can fuck off and wait some more!" The raccoon snaps suddenly "O-okay" the skunk meekly replies as the drone follows "Just bring rhe car arou-" The raccoon starts, but before she can finish, the Steel Jackal's mechanical hand, hiding behind the collapsed beams, quietly transmits something to the elevator door, causing it to open on its own with an "ACCESS GRANTED" chime. The raccoon, ignoring her previous hesitation, comes back running "oh shit oh shit oh shit"

So there is a fake Comic Fury app in the google play store (see pictured). Don't download this, it's not real. The real Comic Fury site is not owned by the developer and there are no microtransactions. Please help Kyo, the real creator and owner of Comic Fury, by reporting its ass.

Isaac peeks his head into the doorway Miranda was just staring from, seeing just the graffiti and trash in the deserted hallway with her hoodie on the floor piquing his sense of smell's interest, the scent leading him to look upward towards an open vent. He raises his mechanical hand's arm module, the screen displaying a list of tools and weapons, including "Grappling Hand", "Arm Cannon", "Rocket Punch", and "Remote Camera". The weapons show up in red with a lock symbol on them. The jackal then presses the "Remote Camera" option, causing his hand to detach and fall to the floor on its fingers, like a spider, a small camera emerging from the back of the hand. It slowly climbs the wall up to the vent. Meanwhile, inside the vent, the raccoon crawls on her stomach, trying to get away, still in a call with the skunk. "Miri! Arr you ok, did they see you?" "I'm good, in a vent, had to ditch the hoodie though... they'll probably think it's trash. I'm gonna go get my shit and bounce". Behind her, the hand drone starts coming into view...

Slightly Damned 1151: Fighting Angels on sight was the plan for 1000 years. Of course there'd be a little confusion here lol Find this comic's place in the archive: sdamned.com/comic/1151 [ #art #furryart #webcomic #readsdamned]

Page 1151 of the webcomic Slightly Damned.

Syndel: I can only do so much with this... ...limited body. But by killing Angels in a ritual on Mt. Sentinel, we can create portals strong enough to transport teams of Demons into Medius, guided by a Median soul.

Syndel: Because of Death's meddling, the same number of Angels will fall to Medius as a result. Seek them out, capture them, and bring them to Mt. Sentinel to continue the process.

Syndel: Eventually, we will all be in Medius, and Gaia and her Angels ill be dead. As the earth Demons say, we'll "Squish two Angels with one rock!"

Earth Demon: I'll use a really BIG rock and squish LOTS of Angels!
Syndel: NO! We need the Angels to be alive!

Earth Demon: But I thought we was gonna kill 'em...?
Syndel: *sigh*

Syndel: The ritual won't work if the Angel is already dead! That's why you need to bring them to Mt. Sentinel ALIVE!!
Earth Demon: boo...

Book 2.83: Wonderous Whimsical Dreamland - September 1st, 2025 #readslumbertown #labyrinth #webcomics

Lester interjects, while Boone flips quickly through his Iowa Joan comic book. Les: "Riddles?! Well ain't that a buncha baloney!" Boone, hunched into his comic book: "I mean, it tracks. Most dungeons have puzzles before you reach the final boss. In 'Issue 19'..." Lester: "Oh, can it. Your comics are baloney too." Boone jabs at Lester's chest, offended, "YOU TAKE THAT BACK!". Romy looks up at the hole in the ceiling from where they fell, and up at the sun. "But a riddle? Here? Where we just broke through the ceiling?" She rubs her arm uncertainly, while the shadow of Janus's silhouette looms ominously behind her. "How do we know someone's actually been down here before?" Boone clasps Romy's shoulder and waves his arm in the air, while a cloudy dreamy backdrop with rainbows and bubbles surround them. "Romy. Buddy. We are in the bowels of wonderous whimsical dreamland!" Echo slides in from the side of the page. "... presumably." Boone's eyes light up excitedly. "RIGHT! Nothing here ever makes sense!" Echo, coolly: "No? It's means ANYTHING makes sense." Boone: "That's what I mean! NON-sense!"

Steel Jackal Issue #1 Page 25 - Contigo Hills No trespassing! steeljackal.the-comic.org #furryart #webcomic #indiecomic

The panel shows a distant, out of focus view of the city, with the Blackmoon tower looming large, much bigger than anything else on the skyline, seen through a fence, behind which is a hooded raccoon, looking at a screen projected from her wrist, a quadcopter-like drone with no blades hovering behind. The lights on the drone come to life as the raccoon throws her backpack over the fence, and we see the flying drone's POV of the raccoon climbing the fence in pink tinted night vision. As the raccoon jumps over the top of the fence, we can see the structure she's heading towards; the darkened silhouette of the ruins of a massive dome. An old lopsided sign on the fence reading "CONTIGO HILLS RESEARCH FACILITY"

Steel Jackal Issue #1 Page 26 - Miranda Are you sure? It's free~ steeljackal.the-comic.org #furryart #webcomic #indiecomic

The panel shows a hooded silhouette of a raccoon, the quad drone floating behind, the figure speaks: "Yo Bierko! Found a way in, is the drone feed coming in clear? see everything?" A voice responds from the drone: "I see you living my dream without me if that's what you mean..."

An argument ensues. "Dude we've been over this, I'm not taking a tourist to a fuckin' bombed out, crumbling evil lair!" "Tourist? You wouldn't even know about this place without me! Or where the sublevel is!" "C'mon! You're like, my eye in the sky! I'll credit you in the video as my expert consultant or some shit" "*Grumble* I guess I do like the sound of that" "Besides, if anything happens to you who's gonna cover your share of the rent?" "Heeey!" As the two banter, the raccoon removes her hood, standing under a ray of moonlight coming from a jagged hole in the ceiling, a moon being visible through the hole.

The view switches to the drone's camera feed, showing the raccoon's smiling face, in front of a graffiti'd wall , a broken door, and several smashed pieces of debris, including a broken monitor, scattered belongings and a broken chair. "Tell you what, I'll bring you a piece of the loot, do you waaant....that fucked up monitor?" "No..." "How abouut some free lightly used drugs?" "NO!" "Ok, what about this busted chair? The piss stains come free!" "MIRI!"

Steel Jackal Issue #1 Page 32 - Noise Must’ve been the wind… steeljackal.the-comic.org #furryart #webcomic #indiecomic

The view shows an old control panel, its instruments include an almost empty auxiliary power indicator, a keyboard, trackball, and screen reading “No A.I core installed” Isaac smashes his robotic hand down on the console. “HRRRRRGH! Of course it’s been stolen!” The point of view changes as Miranda is shown, peeking in and watching the scene from a nearby doorway. “WHAT WON’T YOU TAKE FROM ME?’ The jackal screams to the sky, as the raccoon whispers to Bierko on her earpiece. “Yo I thought you said he was dead” “That’s what the news said! Maybe it’s a copycat? Some folks in that netspace didn’t take it well…” “so what, I’m looking at some weirdo fan going off the deep end?” “Or a ghost…” “Ookay, fuck this noise, we’re leaving” As the raccoon steps backwards, she steps on a piece of broken glass, making a crunching noise, and causing Isaac to turn around and stare directly at the doorway as Miri hides behind the adjoining wall. “Shit.”

Steel Jackal Issue #1 Page 31 - Scream Uh oh. steeljackal.the-comic.org #webcomic #indiecomic #furryart

The panel shows a close-up of Miranda peering into what seems to be a bookshelf, ransacked and with only one book in it “you sure it was on this shelf?” The skunk, speaking from the drone hovering behind her, replies “yup! I never saw just -what- it was though, I wasn’t exactly looking at his hands, hehe” “perv” the raccoon quips. “Hey, young, stupid, and horny, remember?” The skunk replies, but the raccoon changes the subject “Wait, that screw isn’t holding anything up..” she presses a recessed screw on the top of the shelf, causing it to shift sideways, revealing a hidden doorway. “Woah” Miranda steps back, in some awe, the panel showing more of the dark, partially collapsed bedroom she’s in. “Secret elevator! Cool shit yo!” “Yeah!! No idea what the code is though…” Bierko replies. “Too much nerd ass in the way?” She teases. “MIRI” The skunk protests. “Heheheh, don’t worry, don’t worry, I got you” “Can you even hack it? That keypad looks oooold” Miri smirks, pulling out a slab-looking device with an antenna. “Oh I’m counting on it, if it’s as old as the rest of this place I can-“ She is interrupted by a loud, distant scream “FRITZ!” “FRIIIIIIITZ” Miri looks back to the unseen source of the scream behind her, looking petrified “…dude what the fuck”

A flustered Bierko sits inside his car, bashfully looking away, as Miranda teases him. “You want me to bring you his uuundies?” “Be quiet” he replies, huffing, annoyed. “What! It’s a real offer!” The raccoon retorts. “If you’re gonna tease, I’m keeping mum about the sublevel” The raccoon holds up a paw on screen.”Oh-dude, dude, I am not!! I swear on my honor or some shit” The skunk counters. “We’re literally here to rob a dead guy” Miranda fires back “Dead guys don’t need their undies~” Bierko then notices a bright light coming from something outside. “Huh? Wait, Miri!” “Changing your mind?” “No, no, there’s something going on outside!” The skunk grabs the floating camera that was pointed at him before. “Hey, why’d you…huh, what’s that?” The raccoon asks as the skunk leans forward, looking upwards.”I can zoom in with my goggles, hold on…It’s an EZ Cab, it’s going around to your side of the dome” The panel shows a close-up of the object, a floating, wheel-less vehicle that looks more like a space shuttle than a car appears on screen. The raccoon replies. “Maybe someone’s here to party or film like us…or…nah, it’s probably fine” “Probably?” The shot changes to Miranda, looking somewhat nervous, a couple of sweat drops appearing on her face. “Well, this sector is Mancha Roja turf…” The skunk’s disembodied voice replies. “O-oh, should we go?” “Nah, nah, we’ll just move somewhere quiet. Let’s pick it back up in that sublevel, you said no one knows about it, right?” The final panel shows a view of Isaac leaving the cab and getting on the road up to the ruined dome, while Bierko’s disembodied voice replies “Yeah! The AF sealed it off years ago, but I know a way in, there’s no chance anyone else who does is showing up tonight!”

Steel Jackal Issue #1 Page 29 - Your Biggest Fan Feat. art by @kiyonescarlet.bsky.social , @daztoons.bsky.social, and @raizap.com ! You like mad scientists, don't you...

The panel shows a flashback of a younger Bierko sitting in front of a computer, happily tapping away at the keyboard while a holoprojection of Miranda in the present speaks. "Wait, I thought this was a secret lab, how did you hear about it?" A disembodied voice belonging to present Bierko replies "Well, I used to be a mod in a darknet community of Steel Jackal fans, heheh..." The raccoon grins "Badass! So, someone reached out to you there?" The panel shows a letter with the Steel Jackal's signature wrench symbol being slipped under a doorway "It was a letter, everyone on the admin team got an invite, even some regulars!" The raccoon looks suspicious "That sounds sketch, how many of you actually showed up?" The skunk's monitor shows a basic text interface with a user named EL$kunko prompting replies with "thoughts?" as the letter sits open on the keyboard. The replies from various users read "send pix from jail lol", "Honeypot", and "LOL no" The skunk continues in the present "Most thought it was fake, or a set up by the cops, he did have a reputation for working alone, but still, about a dozen of us made it!" The raccoon still looks suspicious "Not gonna lie, I would've called bullshit too, what made you think it was real?" "I didn't know for sure, I mean, I was barely an adult and completely smit-uh-starstruck at the idea of meeting him in person!" The panel shows a frontal view of the happy younger Bierko tapping away, this time with his grin wider and sporting a blush, the rest of the panel shows his bedroom area next to the computer, which is covered in posters of the jackal, most of him posing with an evil grin, one of them of him slapping his butt, one of him looking away while working in his lab, and a badly corrupted night shot of what looks like a mech with an arm cannon resembling the jackal. Miranda's holographic face says nothing but looks at the viewer with a knowing, goofy-looking grin. After a pregnant pause, the skunk asks "...What?!"
