Should the US actually win the World Cup, it will forever be known as the World Cup decided by political influence. Trump destroys everything he touches; now it's FIFA's turn.

There are few things more Irish than the lads doing the commentary on RTE having no clue who the famous people in the crowd are, and not giving a flying fuck about it.

Driving around today it’s sticking how much cooler streets with trees on them are. The south circle road down by the Liffey is a lovely stench, they’re putting in protected cycle lanes too. This should be the model for the city.

You wait all day to open the windows, just in time for a DJ to kick off in the beer garden of the pub next door. I either need to move or take over the pub. #insufferableshit
