Wonderful stuff. Rather ashamed that as a Swiss I had to learn the optimal way to climb mountains at an advanced age after decades of hiking in mountains from someone based in Belgium.

I mean Switzerland/Sweden or Britain/Brazil, they sound so similar. Meatballs or muesli, tea or coffee, Lucerne or Lulea, Copacabana or Clacton. It’s so confusing.
If you confuse Switzerland and Sweden you have my sympathy. I have a similar issue with Britain and Brazil.
Unpopular opinion. The availability of expensive medicines is not a problem. The non-availability of cheap medicines is. Who is failing to provide cheap medicines? It’s not only those who are providing expensive medicines but also everyone else.
