As someone who lives less than 25 miles from Dunwich and has cycled there numerous times this was heartbreaking to watch. It was a lovely, tranquil spot which I hope in time can recover. The firefighters appear to have done an incredible job though, huge thanks to them 🙏

#5DebutAlbumsSF3 another shout for a recent album. I wonder sometimes if the Mercury Prize is a blessing or a curse. It gives artists deserved recognition for sure but then they’re immediately labelled as ‘overhyped’. Whatever the case, this is a fine album This Could Be Texas - English Teacher

#5DebutAlbumsSF3 is the most difficult so far for me. Generally more recent albums struggle against life long faves (of which there are plenty here) but there’s a number of genuine contenders from the last decade in this one. Love this band. Future Me Hates Me The Beths

A certainty for my #5DebutAlbumsSF2 Throwing Muses masterful debut where Kristin Hersh first laid bare her soul. Hate My Way and Delicate Cutters hit particularly hard. If you’ve read Rat Girl (Kristin’s memoir from around that time) it makes this record even more powerful 🖤
