It's true that MAGA follows a Republican Jesus who represents the anti-Christ. The Republican Jesus is Old Testament versus New Testament, but that's part of the confusion and the benefit, for many, when putting both into the same Bible.

Mostly true, and one more reason why we should have Term Limits. However, the real reason we have Trump is that there is a much larger percentage of eligible Non-Voters than those who voted for either Harris or Trump.

I simply have a 6-8 hour window for eating. I try to limit my carbs, sodium, sugar, and calories. I do some exercises for flexibility, but it's also important to get up from the computer or TV and walk around, or do a task every waking hour.
